What Kind of Life Are You Living?

Life is like a coin. It has a head and a tail. Where it faces after you toss it is what you get. Hence, it determines the outcome of your life.

The two sides of a coin that life gives is either purpose or pleasure. What you do on daily basis, who you move with and what you spend your time doing determines the outcome of your life.

No one becomes great in life by wishing, they tossed their lives on the side of purpose and those who choose the path of pleasure also have their lives to life.

There are two kinds of life: those who make things happen and those who watch things happening. The kind of life you're living today will determine the outcome of your life.

Do you just think life is all about going into boyfriends and girlfriends relationship? Partying, drinking, womanizing, hanging out with the boys or babes? Becoming slay kings or queen with large followership on social media?

It's just a matter of time. Now judge yourself: what do you expect to become in life when you go from one relationship to another with premarital sex, sexual immoralities, exploring the pleasures of sex when you're not married? I'm not condemning you but trying to make you reason out in the line of wisdom.

Oftentimes, I wonder when I see old men and women begging on the streets. Where are their children? What kind of life do they live when they were young? I'm not blaming anyone here but the kind of life you live now will determine how you will spend your old age.

Is it pride to be living in your boyfriend's house when you have not been legally married and you're not even 100% sure he's going to marry you. What a waste of life! Isn't it better you repent and do what's right because of your destiny and eternity?

What pleasuring are you deriving as a Yahoo-Yahoo guy who swindle people of their hard earned money? Is that life? Why can't you use your mental capacity to earn legal money? In case you don't know, all unrighteousness is a sin and it doesn't matter whether you pay tithes of that illegal money. One day, the river will dry and what will you end with? You can't defraud people of their gain and would expect to use such money to do anything profitable. Never!

One of the tragedies of life is not death but living without knowing God's purpose for your life. Why would you end up 'betting' with your life? Malaysia today, Bahrain tomorrow, Canada next year? Life is worth more than that. Until you discover God's purpose for your life, you'll never make any meaningful impact.

Are you living in pleasure or you think life is all about fun? Pursuing boyfriend and girlfriend relationship doesn't make you great, it only destroy your tendencies for greatness. Being frivolous with life, sold out to immoralities, gambling and the illegal amassing of wealth doesn't make you great.

Do you even think the essence of life is all about getting married, becoming a parent, grandparents and that's all? No! Life is more important than these. Find a reason worth living for otherwise life won't be worth living for you. And the only reason why life is worth living for is when you live to fulfill God's purpose.

Now let me even ask you, who are you living for: God or the devil? You can't serve God and serve the world simultaneously, never! It's either you hold onto God and you despise the world or vice versa. This is not the time to dilly dally about life, be serious with your life and eternity. It's better to serve God in holiness and righteousness than to enjoy the world and end in hell. Remember, we are created by God but not everyone will return back to Him because of the choice they made in life.

This piece might not interest everyone to read but let those who have ears hear and make amends.

Are you living for God's purpose or for your own purpose? Those who live for God's purpose will be bent on fulfilling His purpose for their lives. They are those who would pray like Saul: what will you have me to do in life? And once He reveals it to them, they won't live for any other cause or reason.

When you discover your purpose in life, it'll help you know whom to marry and who you must never marry. It'll help your life to be ordered, balanced and fulfilled. I reiterate, what kind of life are you living: for God's purpose or for your own pleasure?

You may not be remembered for the kind of life you lived but you will never be forgotten for the impact you made.
